Property:White crystals or powder, hardly soluble in water, acid and alkali solution and insoluble in most organic solvent, hydrofluoric acid. stable characteristic,no reaction by heating with liquid ammonia and concentrated sulfuric acid to smoke, constant with potassium hydroxide melting, no reduction by hydrogen, no decomposition but sublimation while heating. Melting point 1040℃.
