Slightly soluble in water and soluble in hydrochloric acid but Insoluble in alcohol, the increase of solubility with temperature increased slightly. into potassium fluoride, hydrogen fluoride and silicate hydrolised in water. potassium fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride decomposed at burning.
